In the diagnosis phase, based on delivery files from year Y-1 of all the carriers operating in the city, we index addresses on a common and official repository, merge the flows and qualify the clusters according to criteria defined for delivery vehicles (cargo bikes, electric, hybrid, thermal vehicles, etc.) and for the characteristics of the city hub
In the implementation phase, we connect the carriers in real time through our massification platform, prepare the files for the sorting machines or robots, and optimize the routes for the delivery people.
