How is my tier determined?: It depends on the number of lines processed over the calendar month. Moving up a tier is automatic and applies to the whole volume of the month, with nothing to do on your side.
Why are validated lines free?: Validation only creates value when it detects a problem. So we only charge for rejected lines, the ones that need a correction or a decision on your side.
Is there a subscription or a commitment?: No. The Discovery, Growth and Volume tiers are charged on usage, at the end of the month. Only the Enterprise tier relies on a negotiated annual contract.
Can I try before paying?: Yes. The first 1,000 lines are free and give access to all processes, quality report included. On Discovery, that volume stays free every month; above it, it is deducted once, from your first month.
How is clustering charged?: Clustering of households and sites depends on your reference data and your business rules: it has no catalogue rate. As soon as you enable it in the simulator, the estimate switches to a quote request.
